The Monthly Tshokhor, or Feast Offering, is a sacred Vajrayana Buddhist practice devotedly performed by the disciples of His Holiness Garab Rinpoche. Rooted in the profound teachings of Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche), this practice is an offering of devotion, gratitude, and aspiration, carried out to purify negativities, accumulate merit, and deepen the connection to the guru and lineage.

Practice Schedule
To ensure greater convenience and participation, we conduct the Tshokhor once every month on a weekend. While the exact date may vary, we always strive to schedule it on an auspicious day according to the Bhutanese lunar calendar—often aligning with significant days such as Guru Rinpoche Day (10th day of the lunar month), Dakini Day, or other spiritually meaningful occasions.
